WHAT"S UP KBN!!

I have been playing WAR all this time, joined a guild on Skull Throne Order (which is now Badlands merger) I remember you guys mentioning Champs Online so I dropped back in to see what's up.

I'll probably pick up the game a little after launch. (first or 2nd week Sept.) Good to see you guys are are still around, hook me up with vent when you get a chance;

I'm actually not much of a beta player for any game - as Reg and others can testify. Once i get a feel for the interface and mechanics, and know what I', going to roll - I'm usually done til launch. After which I play til my eyes bleed.

There are no servers for this one. There will be instances based on population, and when choosing one you can see where your guildmates & friends are - as well as team-mates. You can also easily transfer to where they are, by going to your map.

I've been playing a bit more, but still having issues.

I'm currently up in canada fighting stuff. Question: is the whole game broken up in instances this way, so we are all sort of on one beta server, or do you eventually choose a server.

At first I thought you'd choose one after the tutorial, but it doesn't seem that way.

I'll be on Silent Ghost or Nacht tonight, and likely tomorrow night as well. Aion is down while preparing for OB, so I'll be giving Champions a solid try.

Unfortunately it seems that it's not showing my old ass PC any love. I'll see if I still have KBN info in vent, I may go pester you if I do. :p

Yeah - the patching was terrible, no doubt. And you do need a high end PC for Champions. Here's hoping the specs aren't as high for SW:TOR.

Heya folks.

I got your message on XBL, Mick. Unfortunately the horrible patching procedure and poor performance of the tutorial on my PC has me thinking I will probably play Aion instead. So far I am really loving it. I'm not terribly high level, but it plays very smooth on my ancient PC.

To play Champions (well) I think I'd need to set up a dual boot on my MacBook, and I'd prefer to avoid doing that.

If you guys decide to check out Aion, I'd love to play w/ you again. Otherwise we shall see how the Star Wars beta goes. I have high hopes for it.

Yeah, I'm still trying to get mine and Malori's working (10:30 PM EST). Hope to be in game by tomorrow for sure.

The Champions open beta starts in literally less than 10 minuets. I'm not sure if they will have everyone on one server or not, but if they have servers to choose from please list here what server you are playing on so we can all join the same server. I will update this with the server I am on once it starts.
